About VotePromotion

We're a small, independent marketing services company. We help people who have entered an online contest reach the audiences who would genuinely care about their entry — through honest, transparent, well-built campaigns.

Legal note. VotePromotion is a trade name of Limited Liability Company "Tvoya Kartina" (ООО «Твоя картина»), registration number (УНП) 491572045, registered in the Republic of Belarus on 23 December 2024.

Our story

VotePromotion was founded in 2018 by a small team of digital marketers with backgrounds in performance advertising, content production, and community management. We had spent years running campaigns for e-commerce, SaaS, and creative agencies — and kept being asked the same question by friends and small business owners:

"I entered a contest. The voting page is live for two weeks. Can you help me get more eyes on it?"

Every time, the answer was the same: yes — but only through real marketing, not artificial means. Real ads, real content, real audiences. We started doing it as a side project and quickly realized the demand was big enough to build a focused service around. That's how VotePromotion came to be.

What we believe

Marketing should be honest.

If we cannot honestly recommend a campaign, we will not take the engagement. If we estimate a campaign will not produce meaningful results within your budget, we will say so — even if it means walking away from a potential client.

Bots ruin everything.

The contest promotion industry has a long history of bad actors using bots, fake accounts, and click farms. These tactics violate contest rules, deceive contest organizers, and ultimately fail. They also damage the reputation of legitimate marketers. We refuse to use them, full stop.

Transparency builds trust.

Every invoice itemizes our fee separately from ad spend. Every campaign comes with a live dashboard. Every projection is backed by data we share. There are no "trade secrets" we hide behind.

Real audiences are the only audiences worth having.

A person who saw an ad in their normal feed, found it interesting, clicked through, and supported a contest entry — that's a real person making a real choice. Anything else is just a number on a screen.

What we don't do

  • We do not provide "buying" of votes, likes, followers, or engagement.
  • We do not use bots, automation tools, or click farms.
  • We do not create fake user accounts.
  • We do not interact with contest platforms on your behalf.
  • We do not guarantee contest wins or specific vote counts.
  • We do not work with contests that are clearly illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of consumer protection laws.
  • We do not run political contest campaigns. We focus on commercial, creative, and community contests only.

Where we work

We provide services to clients worldwide from a remote-first workplace. Our content production, account management, and reporting are all conducted online. We communicate with clients in English and Russian. Time-zone-wise, our operating hours are aligned with Minsk (GMT+3); urgent matters during Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 GMT+3 receive same-day responses on Telegram or WhatsApp.

How we are funded

VotePromotion operates entirely on direct client fees. We do not take affiliate kickbacks from ad platforms. We do not sell our customers' data. We do not rebroker third-party "vote services". There are no hidden funding sources behind the agency — the only money that enters the business is the money paid by clients for the marketing services they have commissioned, and that money is recorded on the invoices we issue under our Belarusian LLC, with VAT and tax shown line by line as required by law.

Leadership

The agency is led by a working director (named in the Company Information table above) who is personally responsible for service delivery, client relationships, and regulatory compliance. The director signs every contract and every refund decision. We deliberately keep the team small enough that the same person who handles your discovery call also signs off on the final campaign report.

A full leadership profile with photo and biography will be published on this page in the coming weeks. If you'd like to verify the director's identity before signing a contract, please contact us — we will send corporate registration documents and government ID on request.

Our commitment to platform rules

We buy advertising space directly from the platforms that own it — Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and YouTube — through their official advertiser interfaces. We comply with the advertising policies of each platform. We hold no special arrangements, "back-door" rates, or insider access. Anyone with a credit card and a few hours of training can buy ads on these platforms; the value we add is the strategy, the creative work, the audience selection, and the ongoing optimization that takes a paid campaign from "money spent" to "results delivered".

Compliance and limitations

Because we operate from Belarus and serve clients globally, we follow GDPR (European Union), applicable Belarusian commercial law, and the consumer-protection laws of jurisdictions our clients operate in. We will not accept engagements that require us to: violate platform advertising policies; impersonate real people; conceal that an advertisement is an advertisement; promote contests that are themselves illegal or designed to deceive participants; or work with clients we cannot verify the identity of.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is VotePromotion and what does it actually do?
VotePromotion is a contest-marketing agency. We run paid advertising campaigns, create content, and do outreach to help real people discover your contest entry and choose to vote for it. Every vote we help you earn comes from a genuine human who made their own decision. We do not sell votes, use bots, or touch contest platforms on your behalf.
Do you sell votes or supply fake votes for contests?
No. Selling votes is not something we do, offer, or will ever offer. We are a marketing agency. Our job is to put your contest entry in front of real audiences through legitimate channels like paid social ads, email, and community outreach. If a service promises to deliver a set number of votes for a fixed price, that is a bot or fake-account operation — not us.
What is the difference between a marketing agency and an upvote service?
An upvote service sells manufactured votes, usually generated by bots or paid click farms. A marketing agency like VotePromotion promotes your entry to real people who then decide whether to vote. The outcome looks similar on a leaderboard, but the mechanism is completely different — and only the marketing route is defensible if a contest organizer audits the votes.
Can you guarantee that I will win my contest?
No, and any agency that promises a guaranteed win is lying to you. Contest outcomes depend on the total field of competitors, voter turnout, organizer rules, and factors outside anyone's control. What we can guarantee is that we will run honest, well-targeted campaigns designed to maximize real engagement with your entry. Results are real but never certain.
How do you actually help someone get votes for a contest?
We build and run a promotion plan tailored to your contest. That typically includes targeted paid ads on social platforms, organic content to amplify your entry, and direct outreach to communities likely to care about your category. Visitors land on your contest page and vote because they want to — not because a script told them to. See our full approach at our methodology page.
Is it against the rules to hire a marketing agency to promote a contest entry?
Almost universally, no. Contest rules prohibit automated voting, bots, fake accounts, and vote buying — not legitimate promotion. Telling your audience about your entry, running ads, or asking fans to vote is normal campaign behavior and is the same thing that well-funded contestants do without calling it anything special. Always read your specific contest rules; we review them with you before starting.
What kinds of contests do you work with?
We work with photo contests, video contests, online polls, fan-vote awards, brand competitions, talent shows with public voting components, and similar events. If the contest has a public voting URL and allows entrants to promote their own participation, we can build a campaign around it. See the full list of contest types we support at our services page.
How is this different from just asking friends and family to vote?
Asking friends and family is a great start, but it reaches maybe dozens of people. We extend that circle to thousands of targeted strangers who fit the demographic profile most likely to respond positively to your entry. We also handle the creative, the targeting, the scheduling, and the optimization — so you can focus on the competition itself rather than running a mini ad agency.
Do you ever log into contest platforms or submit votes on behalf of clients?
Never. We do not have, want, or accept login credentials for any contest platform. We drive traffic to your public entry URL; what visitors do once they arrive is entirely their choice. This boundary protects you from disqualification risk and protects us from any claim of platform manipulation.
What does your no-bots policy actually mean in practice?
It means every traffic source we use is a real human platform — Meta ads, Google ads, organic social, email, and community channels. We do not use click farms, residential proxy networks, browser automation, or any software that mimics human voting. Our full commitment is spelled out at our no-bots policy page.
I've seen services called 'getvotes' or 'votesmarket' online. Are those the same as what you offer?
No. Sites that market themselves as a place to get votes online or buy votes from a marketplace are selling manufactured engagement, not marketing. VotePromotion is a registered agency that delivers audience reach through advertising and outreach. We mention these terms only so you can understand the distinction — we do not replicate their methods or compete on that basis.
Why should I trust a marketing agency more than a vote-delivery service?
Because our results survive scrutiny. Manufactured votes often come from IP ranges, device fingerprints, or behavioral patterns that contest fraud-detection systems flag. Real votes from a properly targeted ad campaign look exactly like organic votes because they are organic — real people, real devices, real intent. We operate openly and are happy to share campaign reporting with you.
What information do you need from a client to get started?
We need the public URL of your contest entry, the contest rules (so we can confirm promotion is allowed), the voting deadline, and a sense of your target audience and budget. From there we draft a campaign plan for your approval before anything goes live. You can kick off that conversation at our contest inquiry form.
How long does it take to see results from a contest-promotion campaign?
Most clients see measurable traffic to their entry within 24 to 48 hours of a campaign going live, assuming the contest platform's vote counter is publicly visible. Vote accumulation depends on campaign scale, audience size, and how competitive the contest is. We set realistic expectations during the planning call and adjust spend and targeting as data comes in.
Do you work with individual contestants or only organizations?
Both. We work with individuals entering photo contests or fan votes, small businesses competing in local best-of awards, nonprofits running fundraising contests, and larger brands in high-stakes competitions. Campaign budgets and scope are sized accordingly — there is no minimum that excludes individual contestants.
What platforms do you run ads on?
Primarily Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Display, and TikTok, depending on where your likely voters spend time. For niche contests — gaming, music, sports — we often add Reddit, Discord community outreach, or influencer partnerships. Platform selection is part of the strategy we build specifically for your contest category and audience profile.
How do you target the right people with ads?
We build audience segments based on the topic of your contest. A pet-photo contest targets animal lovers; a small-business award targets local residents in your city; a music competition targets fans of your genre. We use platform interest targeting, geographic filters, and lookalike audiences where applicable. The goal is people who are genuinely likely to care about your entry.
Can you help someone who has never run paid advertising before?
Yes. Most of our clients are not marketers. We handle creative production, targeting setup, budget management, and reporting. You approve the ad concepts before anything runs and receive plain-language updates throughout the campaign. No prior advertising experience is required or expected.
What happens if the contest platform bans promotion or restricts external traffic?
Some contests explicitly prohibit paid promotion or require all votes to come from within their own platform. If your contest rules contain such a restriction, we will tell you clearly at the intake stage and decline to run a campaign — because violating those rules would put your entry at risk of disqualification. We read the fine print so you do not have to.
How do you handle client privacy and contest confidentiality?
We do not disclose which contests clients are competing in, who our clients are, or any campaign data to third parties. Your entry URL is used only for campaign targeting, not shared publicly in any way that would identify you as a VotePromotion client. We operate under a standard confidentiality agreement available on request.
Is there a minimum budget required to run a campaign?
We typically recommend a minimum ad spend that allows enough data to optimize targeting meaningfully — this varies by platform and contest length. Very short contests (under 48 hours) or very small ad budgets may not allow enough time to see results. We discuss this honestly during the planning stage rather than taking your money for a campaign that cannot realistically move the needle.
Do you produce the creative — images and copy — for the ads?
Yes. Our team writes ad copy and produces or adapts creative assets suited to the platform and your contest entry. If you have existing photos, videos, or branding you want to use, we incorporate them. If you have nothing, we work with what you provide and build from there.
How do you measure whether the campaign is working?
We track clicks to your contest entry URL, audience reach, ad engagement rates, and — where your contest shows a live vote count — vote-count movement over time. We provide campaign reports and flag anomalies. We do not fabricate metrics; if a campaign is underperforming, we say so and adjust or recommend stopping rather than billing indefinitely.
What is the biggest mistake people make when trying to get votes for a contest on their own?
Posting once on personal social media and hoping it spreads. Most contest entries die because they reach only a small existing audience with no targeting and no paid amplification. The contestants who win competitive online polls almost always have a deliberate promotion strategy — whether they built it themselves or hired someone to help.
Why would someone search for 'how to get a vote' and end up needing a marketing agency?
Because the question sounds simple but the answer is a campaign, not a button. Getting real votes at meaningful scale requires reaching people who do not already know you, convincing them your entry is worth their time, and doing it repeatedly across the voting window. That is an advertising and content problem — exactly what a marketing agency is built to solve.
Can you help after a campaign has already started, or do you need to be involved from the beginning?
We can join mid-campaign, though earlier is always better. If a contest has two weeks left and you have already tried to promote independently, we assess what has been done, identify gaps, and build a plan for the remaining window. We are honest about how much a late start limits what is achievable.
What makes VotePromotion different from a general digital-marketing agency?
We specialize specifically in contest promotion, which means we understand voting windows, platform-specific fraud flags, how contest audiences behave differently from product-purchase audiences, and how to pace a campaign so vote gains look natural rather than spiking in ways that trigger organizer scrutiny. General agencies can run ads; we run contest campaigns.
Are there types of contests or clients you will not work with?
Yes. We decline campaigns for contests with rules that prohibit external promotion, contests where the category is illegal in the client's jurisdiction, and any engagement where the client is asking us to help circumvent contest security rather than reach real voters. We also decline if we believe the contest itself is fraudulent or designed to collect data deceptively.
What should I do if a competitor appears to be using bots or fake votes against me?
Document the anomaly — screenshots of sudden vote spikes or patterns — and report it directly to the contest organizer with your evidence. Most reputable contests have fraud-detection mechanisms and take complaints seriously. VotePromotion does not counter-attack with bots; that would put your own entry at risk. Honest promotion is both the ethical and strategically safer response.
How do I get in touch to find out whether VotePromotion can help with my specific contest?
The fastest route is our contest inquiry form at get-votes-for-your-contest.html, where you describe your contest, voting deadline, and goals. We review every submission and respond with a candid assessment of whether a campaign is viable and what it would realistically cost. No obligation, no pressure.
