Our story

VotePromotion was founded by a small team of digital marketers with backgrounds in performance advertising, content production, and community management. We had spent years running campaigns for e-commerce, SaaS, and creative agencies — and kept being asked the same question by friends and small business owners:

"I entered a contest. The voting page is live for two weeks. Can you help me get more eyes on it?"

Every time, the answer was the same: yes — but only through real marketing, not artificial means. Real ads, real content, real audiences. We started doing it as a side project and quickly realized the demand was big enough to build a focused service around. That's how VotePromotion came to be.

What we believe

Marketing should be honest.

If we cannot honestly recommend a campaign, we will not take the engagement. If we estimate a campaign will not produce meaningful results within your budget, we will say so — even if it means walking away from a potential client.

Bots ruin everything.

The contest promotion industry has a long history of bad actors using bots, fake accounts, and click farms. These tactics violate contest rules, deceive contest organizers, and ultimately fail. They also damage the reputation of legitimate marketers. We refuse to use them, full stop.

Transparency builds trust.

Every invoice itemizes our fee separately from ad spend. Every campaign comes with a live dashboard. Every projection is backed by data we share. There are no "trade secrets" we hide behind.

Real audiences are the only audiences worth having.

A person who saw an ad in their normal feed, found it interesting, clicked through, and supported a contest entry — that's a real person making a real choice. Anything else is just a number on a screen.

What we don't do

• We do not provide "buying" of votes, likes, followers, or engagement.
• We do not use bots, automation tools, or click farms.
• We do not create fake user accounts.
• We do not interact with contest platforms on your behalf.
• We do not guarantee contest wins or specific vote counts.
• We do not work with contests that are clearly illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of consumer protection laws.
• We do not run political contest campaigns. We focus on commercial, creative, and community contests only.

Company information

Where we work

We provide services to clients worldwide from a remote-first workplace. Our content production, account management, and reporting are all conducted online. We communicate with clients in English and Russian. Time-zone-wise, our operating hours are aligned with Minsk (GMT+3); urgent matters during Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 GMT+3 receive same-day responses on Telegram or WhatsApp.

How we are funded

VotePromotion operates entirely on direct client fees. We do not take affiliate kickbacks from ad platforms. We do not sell our customers' data. We do not rebroker third-party "vote services". There are no hidden funding sources behind the agency — the only money that enters the business is the money paid by clients for the marketing services they have commissioned, and that money is recorded on the invoices we issue under our Belarusian LLC, with VAT and tax shown line by line as required by law.

Leadership

The agency is led by a working director (named in the Company Information table above) who is personally responsible for service delivery, client relationships, and regulatory compliance. The director signs every contract and every refund decision. We deliberately keep the team small enough that the same person who handles your discovery call also signs off on the final campaign report.

Our commitment to platform rules

We buy advertising space directly from the platforms that own it — Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and YouTube — through their official advertiser interfaces. We comply with the advertising policies of each platform. We hold no special arrangements, "back-door" rates, or insider access. Anyone with a credit card and a few hours of training can buy ads on these platforms; the value we add is the strategy, the creative work, the audience selection, and the ongoing optimization that takes a paid campaign from "money spent" to "results delivered".

Compliance and limitations

Because we operate from Belarus and serve clients globally, we follow GDPR (European Union), applicable Belarusian commercial law, and the consumer-protection laws of jurisdictions our clients operate in. We will not accept engagements that require us to: violate platform advertising policies; impersonate real people; conceal that an advertisement is an advertisement; promote contests that are themselves illegal or designed to deceive participants; or work with clients we cannot verify the identity of.
