Eight transparent campaign packages

All-inclusive flat rates that cover our agency work, creative production, and the media budget paid to ad platforms. The smaller tiers exist so you can see how we operate at low risk; the recommended starting point for most clients is the $150 Growth tier. Larger packages can also be invoiced with agency fee and ad budget split into separate line items on request.

A note for anyone comparing us to vote-selling services: Every package below is a flat fee for marketing work (strategy + creative + ad management + media spend). We do not sell votes by quantity, vote packages, or any per-vote pricing. The numbers shown next to each tier are budgets, not vote counts.

How to read these prices. Every tier is an all-inclusive flat rate that covers our work (strategy, creative, account management, reporting) and the media budget needed to run that particular tier on the chosen ad platforms. The lower tiers are intentionally small — they exist so you can try the service, see how we operate, and only scale up if the results make sense for you.

What changes inside a tier

  • Timeline urgency. Campaigns launched within 24 hours include a 25% urgency surcharge on the tier price.
  • Geographic targeting. Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Western Europe) typically deliver lower reach per dollar than other regions. We recommend the right tier for your audience location during the consultation.
  • Custom video. Additional original video beyond what's included is quoted separately and only produced after written approval.
  • Itemized structure for larger tiers. For Business and Enterprise tiers, on request, we can split the price into agency fee and ad budget on separate invoice lines.

Payment & invoicing

  • Payment by bank transfer (SWIFT) or credit/debit card via our payment processor.
  • Default currencies on the public site: USD and EUR. Other currencies can be agreed for invoicing on request.
  • VAT/tax is shown separately on every invoice as required by applicable law.
  • Invoices issued in your name or in the name of your company.

Refunds

If we have not started production on your tier, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Once production has started, refunds are calculated pro-rata. Any unused media budget is returned in full. See the Refund Policy for details.

No promises about contest outcomes

Our pricing reflects the delivery of marketing services — audience reach, impressions, engagement. We do not price by, and do not guarantee, the outcome of a contest. The contest result is determined by the audience and the contest organizer, not by us.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a contest promotion campaign actually cost?
Our eight packages range from a $10 trial to a $1,000 full campaign. Every price buys reach and creative work — paid ad placements, platform targeting, and audience outreach — not votes. Contest outcomes depend on your real audience responding to real content. See the full breakdown on our services page.
What is the $10 trial and who is it for?
The $10 trial is a small paid-ad test run on one channel — typically Meta or Google Display — designed to show you that legitimate promotion actually moves the needle before you commit to a larger budget. It covers roughly 24–48 hours of active delivery to a targeted audience that fits your contest's niche.
What separates each package tier from the one below it?
Higher tiers add channels, creative assets, and campaign duration. The entry tiers run a single paid channel for a short window. Mid-range tiers layer in a second channel and custom ad copy. Top tiers include multi-channel coordination, audience segmentation, and a dedicated campaign brief — all oriented toward maximising legitimate organic response.
How much does a full $1,000 campaign include?
The $1,000 package covers multi-channel paid distribution (typically Meta, Google, and one niche platform), professionally written ad creative, audience research, ongoing bid optimisation over the campaign window, and a final performance report. It suits contests running two weeks or longer that need sustained visibility across more than one audience segment.
Can I upgrade my package once a campaign is live?
Yes. If early results show strong audience engagement and you want to extend reach, you can add budget mid-flight. We'll adjust targeting and creative to match the expanded spend. Contact your campaign manager and we can usually activate the upgrade within one business day without restarting the campaign.
Do prices differ by platform — YouTube versus Woobox versus Quora, for example?
Platform affects how we reach your audience, which shapes the creative format and sometimes the minimum viable spend, but our pricing tiers are not rigidly locked to a single platform. A YouTube-focused push uses pre-roll and display; a Quora effort uses targeted content promotion. We recommend the right channel mix after reviewing your contest during the free analysis.
How do you help with a YouTube contest if you never touch the voting platform?
We promote the contest entry or voting page through paid YouTube ads, search display, and community outreach — driving real viewers to your video or poll. We never log into YouTube on your behalf, never generate artificial views or engagements, and never use third-party tools to inflate metrics. Every click comes from a real person who chose to engage.
My contest is on Woobox. How do you get more votes for it without using bots?
We run paid social and display campaigns that direct your target audience to your Woobox entry page. We write the ad copy, select the audience segments, and manage the bids. Whether those visitors vote is entirely their choice. We have no access to Woobox's backend and do not manipulate vote counts in any way.
What does a Quora promotion look like, and what does it cost?
Quora upvote manipulation is against Quora's policy and we don't offer it. What we do is run Quora Ads targeted at people likely to care about your contest topic, or craft sponsored content that surfaces your contest link organically. Pricing starts in our mid-range tiers, where budget allows meaningful impression volume on the platform.
How do you promote a community post or community poll contest?
Community posts — on YouTube, Reddit, Discord, or brand communities — gain traction when real fans discover them. We use paid social amplification, niche influencer outreach, and sometimes email list promotion to direct your existing and potential fans to the post. No fake accounts, no vote-ring coordination — just genuine traffic to content people actually want to engage with.
What am I actually paying for? Break it down.
You pay for: audience research and targeting setup, ad creative (copy, sometimes static visuals), media spend managed on your behalf, platform fees passed through at cost, bid management and daily optimisation, and a results report. You are not paying for votes, rankings, or guarantees of any kind. The vote is always the audience's free decision.
Is media spend included in the package price or billed on top?
For most packages, media spend is included — what you pay is the all-in price. We'll clearly state in your quote what portion goes to ad platforms versus our management fee. If your campaign requires a platform minimum above the package's built-in allocation, we'll flag that before you confirm, with no surprise invoices.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend or a flat fee?
Our packages use flat-fee pricing. You know the total cost before any work begins. We find flat fees create clearer incentives: we're focused on campaign quality, not on encouraging you to increase spend so our cut grows. Larger custom engagements above $1,000 may use a hybrid structure, which we'll quote explicitly.
Can you guarantee I'll win my contest?
No — and anyone who does guarantee a win is either using fake votes or lying. Contest outcomes depend on the rules, the other entrants, the judging criteria, and the real preferences of real voters. What we can show you is transparent reach metrics: how many people saw your content and how many clicked through to your contest page.
What results can I realistically expect?
Realistic results depend on your contest's existing audience, the competitiveness of the vote pool, and how much legitimate traffic your promotion drives. We report impressions, clicks, and click-through rate. Some clients see a meaningful lift in contest standing; others gain brand awareness and email list growth regardless of contest outcome. We do not fabricate performance projections.
Why does contest marketing pricing vary so much across agencies?
Agencies that sell votes, use bots, or coordinate fake accounts can price low because the underlying cost is negligible — until the contest platform bans the account or the organiser disqualifies the entry. Legitimate promotion costs more because it involves real advertising spend, skilled creative work, and genuine audience targeting. Our pricing reflects that honest model.
Is there a free option before I pay anything?
Yes. Our free contest analysis reviews your contest link, current standing, and competitive landscape, then recommends which channel or package fits your situation. There's no obligation to purchase. The $10 trial is the smallest paid step if you want to test real promotion before committing further budget.
What information do you need from me to start a campaign?
We need your contest link, your target audience description (age range, interests, geography), the contest deadline, and any platform rules that restrict external promotion. We do not need your login credentials for any contest platform — ever. We work entirely through our own ad accounts and outreach channels.
How long does a typical campaign run?
Trial and entry-tier campaigns run 24–72 hours — enough to generate measurable traffic data. Mid-range packages run five to ten days. The top-tier $1,000 campaign is designed for contests lasting two weeks or more, with pacing adjusted to sustain visibility rather than spike and fade. All durations are stated in the package description before purchase.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. We run campaigns for contests hosted globally. Geo-targeting on paid platforms lets us direct traffic to specific countries, regions, or language groups. Pricing is the same regardless of geography. The main variable is which ad platforms have strong coverage in your target region — something we assess during the free analysis.
What channels are available at each price point?
The $10 trial uses one channel (your choice or our recommendation). Packages up to roughly $200 typically cover one primary channel with supporting display. Mid-range packages add a second active channel. The $500–$1,000 tier supports three or more channels simultaneously. Details for each package are listed on our services page.
Can I choose which platform my campaign focuses on?
Yes, within reason. You can specify YouTube, Meta, Google Display, Reddit, Quora, or a niche platform. We'll let you know if a platform's ad inventory or policy makes it a poor fit for your contest type, and we'll suggest an alternative. The goal is to reach the audience most likely to genuinely care about your contest.
Do you run paid ads on the same platform as the contest, or somewhere else?
Both, depending on platform rules. For YouTube contests we can run YouTube ads that drive to your video. For Woobox or third-party contest pages we typically use Meta or Google to drive traffic, since those platforms have broader targeting options. We always check the contest host's rules on third-party promotion before recommending a channel.
How does the pricing compare to just boosting a post myself?
You could boost a post for similar spend, but you'd be setting up targeting, writing copy, managing bids, and reading performance data yourself. Our fee covers that expertise. More importantly, we've run contest-specific campaigns before and know which targeting signals correlate with genuine engagement rather than passive impressions that never convert to votes.
Is there a refund policy if I'm not satisfied?
Because media spend is committed to ad platforms at the start of a campaign, it cannot be recovered once ads go live. Our refund policy covers situations where a campaign was not launched due to an error on our side. We explain this fully before purchase. The free analysis and $10 trial exist precisely so you can build confidence before larger spend.
Do you offer discounts for multiple contests or repeat clients?
Repeat clients can discuss custom arrangements with their campaign manager, but we don't advertise blanket discount rates. Our pricing is already flat and transparent, and we'd rather keep it clean than layer on percentage-off promotions. If you're running a series of contests, reach out through the contest inquiry form for a tailored quote.
What happens if the contest platform flags or removes my entry?
If a contest organiser disqualifies an entry, that's between you and the organiser — we are not a party to the contest rules and cannot influence that decision. Because our methods comply with standard platform advertising policies, disqualification solely due to our promotion is unlikely, but we cannot guarantee contest-host decisions. We document our work so you can demonstrate legitimate promotion if questioned.
Are there contests or niches you won't work with?
We decline contests where the client's goal appears to be deceiving the organiser, where the prize is disproportionately high relative to legitimate feasibility, or where the content itself violates advertising platform policies. We also won't work on any project that asks us to use fake accounts, purchase votes from third parties, or log in to platforms on a client's behalf.
How do I know the traffic you drive is real people and not bots?
All our campaigns run through major ad platforms — Meta Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads — which have their own bot-filtering and invalid traffic detection. We can share click and impression reports directly from those platforms, giving you independent verification. We don't use traffic exchange networks, click farms, or any source outside vetted ad platforms.
How do I get started?
The fastest route is the free contest analysis: submit your contest link and we'll review it within one business day and recommend the right package for your timeline and budget. If you'd prefer to jump straight in, the $10 trial needs nothing more than your contest URL and a target audience description. No account setup required.
