Let's talk about your contest
Tell us about the contest you're entering — your goal, the timeline, and the budget range you have in mind. We'll come back with an honest assessment within one business day. The first 30-minute strategy call is free and carries no obligation.

Choosing the right channel to reach us
Three channels reach the same intake queue — pick whichever is most comfortable for you.
- Email (info@votepromotion.store) is the slowest channel but the most useful for first contact. We monitor it every day; the reply is from a human and typically arrives within one business day. Use email if you need to attach files, send a contest URL with detailed notes, or want a written record of the conversation.
- Telegram is the fastest channel during Minsk business hours. Use it for short questions, scheduling the discovery call, or following up on a proposal we've already sent. We do not auto-reply with bots; if you get a message back, it is from a human.
- WhatsApp is suitable for the same range as Telegram. Useful if your team is on WhatsApp Business and prefers a single channel. Voice messages are accepted but written summaries are appreciated.
Regardless of channel, contracts are always sent by email and signed using a verifiable digital signature flow. We do not negotiate final terms over messenger.
What to include in your first message
To shorten the first round of back-and-forth, please try to include in your initial message:
- The contest's official name and a link to the voting page
- The voting window (start date and end date)
- What success looks like for you in plain language (e.g. "reach the finalist round", "increase awareness of my work", "grow my email list during the contest")
- Your current vote count or engagement metrics, if any are public
- A rough budget range — even an estimate like "$50 to $200" or "$1,000+" is enough at this stage
- Any rules the contest has about external promotion or paid traffic
If you are not sure about any of the above, write what you do know and we will fill in the gaps during the call.
Response times and working hours
We operate from Minsk, Belarus, in time zone GMT+3. Telegram and WhatsApp replies during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 21:00 GMT+3) typically arrive in a few hours. Email is checked daily, and replies arrive within one business day on weekdays. On weekends, email is monitored once per day; complex replies and proposals are reserved for the next working day so they receive proper attention rather than rushed answers.
The initial reply to every new inquiry is written by a real person — there is no chatbot, no automated qualifier, and no email funnel. We deliberately keep the first touch human because the relationship matters more than the lead-capture metric.
What we will and won't ask for
For transparency, here is what to expect during the engagement.
We will ask for: a brief about your contest entry; permission to use brand assets you supply us; advertiser-level access to your Meta or Google ads accounts if we are running campaigns under your accounts (recommended for full transparency on spend); a signed proposal and prepayment via the agreed invoice method.
We will never ask for: the password to your contest platform account; two-factor authentication codes from any service; access to your personal email; "verification" payments; cryptocurrency-only payments to unidentified wallets. If anyone presenting themselves as VotePromotion ever requests any of the above, treat it as fraud and contact us directly at info@votepromotion.store to verify.
